Went in the Loft today..

I had to climb in the loft today looking for a lead for an  tv i was selling . I found a dusty old box with most of my old Trophies  dating from 1982-1984 ( aged 13-15 ) before i left school and found out about girls  and beer    . Some of them were broke      .. But Quite a few 1st's, second's and more 3rd's than anything left but still all mine ........   .....

This is the first time i have seen them for 6-7 years and mean even more now im back in2bmx again ...

A good few of these would have been from Three sisters and the Hindley and district Tracks .......

 Has anyone else kept any of theirs ?

yea got all mine too, all these are at my parents house in South Africa.

These were all won in 2 years, 14 novice and 15 expert

also got a box of em in my folks loft too - a box of memories for sure - I took a look through them the other day while I hunted down my first ever trophy to accompany one of my replica builds. Will have to drag em down and take a pic or two when my replica bikes are done.

My mum has mine in her loft, most of mine were from Chorley, Three Sisters and other North West tracks dating from about 1980 til 1983ish.

Yeah but I only kept the more significant ones, maybe less than 10.
The vast majority went back to clubs to re-use for club races, novice racing etc.

Get them Out People...  Lets see some photos    Its nice to look at all the bikes we all have . But these trophies are nearly 30 years old too.
I did win a big silver plate at Pontins but i cant find it 

And i came 3rd in a National at teeside and i cant find that..  What i would give for my Robbo i won the Trophies on
