Hi all

As some may be aware, today was the mad day to do 30 miles for charity on a BMX
First off I want to say a massive thankyou to all the radsters who showed their support and kindly donated to the British Heart foundation

With thanks to family, friends, work colleagues and of course you radsters, including the gift aid, the total raised comes to something like £260. Was it worth it, you bet ya
So today has a been a lovely day, sunshine, a tad windy and very friendly people.......oh and a sore arse

Ready for the off around 9:45am

Heading out of worcester race course (wasn't bird bum watching!)

These look like pros, don't think I'll be able to keep up with em!!

Speed demon!!

About 7 miles in and a water stop

Setting off again, the roads are long and empty when on a BMX!!

Spotted 2 riders so gave chase, not!!

20 miles reached, only 10 to go but a big fook off hill awaits!!

The hill of death for single gears, it don't look much by this pic but belive me I was fooked by the top

Food stop, Lucozade sport and a sarnie, yum yum

More tarmac!...but nearing the end

The finsh line with peeps already completed

Phew seemed like hard work this year but well worth the satisfaction, finshed around 13:15 so 3hrs 30 in total.

Spotted this trick bike so had to take a photo

And a celebratory trick before going home to sleep for a thousand years!!

So all in all a very rewarding day and the winner being the charity. Once again thanks for the support, I would deffo recommend it

Paul( still buzzin...and humin!!)
