Could only get me on the way up

Nath enjoyed some air on his OS rider.........

Didn't think it was quite as energetic tonight lads , reckon we were all still recovering from heavy weekends

We did have the honour of the 'A' and 'B' final winners from Lytham paying us a visit , cheers Mark and Al

I thought those two had a little bit of technique and speed... Nice bikes aswell, that challenger is the bollox but that ghp looks racey aswell.
I just couldnt get going tonight didnt wake up until 5.45 then bombed it up. My change to a 43/16 last week felt good but this week it seemed like I was peddling and getting nowhere fast... Im going to head up there again tommorow afternoon if anybody fancies another roll and maybe heywood before?

Your right there Joff the heat didnt help either.... It was pissing down in Leigh when i got back.....

Nice to see you all, i'll try and ride a bit more next time, my legs were like jelly after one lap, maybe riding the day after racing aint a good idea
