The reason i cant get to Coppull tonight some guy is measuring my house for a consevatory ..  Just to put my bikes in . Missus thinks its gonna have a table chairs and plants

I turned up on monday gutted there was no old school to look at....me and a mate had a few hours trying to pedal round the track on downhill bikes hard work,had a laugh though,managed to ride down the start ramp backwards which amused my mate,was steeper than I thought but couldnt back down

    Sorry i wont be with with you tonight       It took me 20 mins just to get out of bed to turn the light switch on this morning.  ....
Am very sore and stupid..  Im gonna get some propa gear now..   I had vans on yesterday and Diggler was right what he said to me yesterday.  Get something to protect you ankles and dont wear Vans  ...  Wize words Si  i wont be going on a track again till i have some better footwear.  Thats twice ive hurt my ankle now..

Although I did have one lap that felt a bit faster when Joff was chasing me - think that pushed me on a bit although you did take me on the rythmn section at the end Joff 

Think you've started to nail that bit Joff 

As always I think I was better at talking than riding

 John you get better every time you get on your bike , just talk when you finish the lap    gutted I missed it  . Am Sure bof could have showed me a few tricks. Like how to stay on my bike     
On a good point im walking normal again and can touch my knees , I'll try my toes tomorrow. . See you next week.

It's alright Christian - we've been there for nearly 4 hours before on other visits and still only managed 4 laps

That's the only bit im getting faster on though John    I put that down to R AL's coaching session the other week     Your defo getting quicker mate but I don't reckon any of us are going to make a B final yet    Great laugh though and that's what it's all about .............. isn't it  

Great to see dubber and Bof make an appearance tonight    both fast riders and showed us mere mortels how it's done , they were on modern machinery with funny shaped headsets and little chainrings though

   We are like the local womens institute when it comes to chatting      and we are usually still there at 8/8.30 , I had to pick the youngest one up tonight as the boss was at the hospital  


Think it's great that John (bobafett) and my little roll around Coppull 12 months ago has developed into a weekly event with more and more RADsters turning up each week , there's even talk of an A and B final and possible SKY coverage in the near future  


Gaz , you do need to get down one night , get down to Carl's and come with him
