Yeah, it's only going into Paypal separately that doesn't seem to work.

I just sent Gish my Site Supporter money by paypal gift and it worked.

Hopefully Gish can send the money by paypal to BillStup to pay for my site supporter tag.

If he can't then there must be a restriction on BillStup's account or summat!!!

I have the same problem.

1. i called paypal : "not your porblem, call your cc company"
2. i called cc company : "card is working, no problem here"
3. called paypal again : "paypal is fine, but u cant send money to this (billstup@...) paypal account!"

I have the same problem.

I have recieved over 130 donations for the site supporter tags, and they are still coming through now, so I can`t really offer any explanation

I tried to send it after I sent Gish the money thinking that the problem was fixed.  It wasn't.  Gish paid for me!!

Tryed again ... still not working, called pp again, still no result 
Then i mailed Paypal with a complaint, and get this answer:

Now i have to deposit some cash on my pp account that it works.... well i will see i a few days.

I don`t know what thats all about, out of the 180 or so people that have sent money about 10 have had a problem
