Is the only way to dechrome a frame is to get a plater to strip it???? Ive been asked to paint a frame but its chrome.

yes as the chrome is electroplated on. think you can sand blast it though and this would give it a key to paint onto. pm superbikedan he will be best to advise on what to do bud :daumenhoch:

moza what's the condition of the frame like, if it's not too bad than an etch coat will be fine,

if it's no good then avoid sanblasting and get it removed :)
