Built this as a rider for my son & myself to play on.
Started out life like this:-
Made a coaster brake bracket out of an old Tech 77 laver:-

Thanks for the comments.
Answers to a few of the questions:-
Forks are Mongoose Cr-Mo.
Tuffs were NOS from Alans years and years ago.
Voelker frame came off E-Bay for about £50-£60 if I remember correctly.
If my son (and me) get half as much fun out of this BMX, as I did as a kid, it'l of been well worth the time and effort involved. It'l be fun to ride, without the worry of ruining one of my old rides from 84.
Another oldish/newish performer to come soon....watch this space!!
