What is the best method for removing the anno from a wheel rim to create a shine side without making a balls up of the anno on the inside of the rim ? Thanks  :)

I would say start  with 800 quid wet and dry on a rubbing block, to minimise the risk of going over the 'corners', then go up to 1000 grit, 1200, then 1500

id say go with something more corse than 800 or you will go through boxes of it and get no were, start with 240,320,400.500,600,800,1000,1200,1500,2000 and finish off with a 3000 avlon pad then loads of autol sol and wiz a buffing macining round it,  :smitten:

Nath , Mr costa is right imo , you want to start with something a bit coarser than 800's , use a sanding block like weeksy said too to keep it flat  ;)  I can see a resto thread ' before and after' here Nath  :daumenhoch:
