So I'm just installing these anniversary cranks into a TA and there is half a millimeter play on both sides of the crank arms. I have put 3 large spacers on the non-drive side and 1 large spacer on the drive side next to the spider.
Should there be any play, there is currently half a millimeter play on each side? Not sure if it will cause a problem or not?
I will put some photos up when I can.

Cheers Ben

There shouldnt be any play, sounds like you need more spacers

You could wreck the splines if you ride with the arms loose

Might be wrong but did the cranks come with any cone spacers?

If not and its for a rider just get a hop up kit, comes with everything you'll need

http://www.alansbmx.com/product_info.php'manufacturers_id=47&products_id=2450

Shop around though cos that seems a bit steep

Good website.  Now installed the extra small washer on the drive side and it has centred the chain and tightened the crank spot on.   :daumenhoch:

It now has:
Drive side: 1x small washer, 1 x large washer and the spider.

Non Drive Side: 3 x large washers.

Might be wrong but did the cranks come with any cone spacers?

I like the look of the cone spacers, washers just look a bit cheap, might see if I can get some of them, not sure if I want to change the colour of the BB though especially at that price??

Thank for all the help boys   :4_17_5:
