great resto story, stunning bit of work from all concerned. One question JJ, was it sprayed as opposed to powder? do you know the colour code? this has really spurned me on to get my D.Y sorted.

The frame was painted not pwdered. I'll see if I can find the pot for the colour code, its around somewhere  ;)

Thanks for all the comments, I'm stoked with the way it came out.

Alot of thought went into it over a long period of time, it was well worth the efforts of everyone involved  :4_17_5: I cant explain how satisfying this build has been  :coolsmiley:

Great story but more importantly  an even better resto    :4_17_5:

A restoration build/story is so much more rewarding than any NOS build imo  :daumenhoch:

Big well done to all involved   :coolsmiley:  :4_17_5:

Haha, I wasnt happy with it the second I put it on despite measuring and marking the bars with tape!  :-[  I knew someone would pull me up on it  ::)  Fair comment though  :daumenhoch:

Awsome, absolutely awsome. A very similar colour to my Nishiki which is also being sprayed at the moment.

Phil really does have the midus touch when it comes to frame repairs. The chrome work looks first class.
One build a year, the only way to get it right. No rushing involved.
