Few of us are going on our weekly pilgrimage to Coppull BMX track 2moz

Anybody else fancy a leisurely roll around with a few novices  (except Carl   )

We should be up there around 5 / 5.30pm  ,  last week we finished around 8pm

I might try and get down for an hour or two if I can make time and Im welcome of course, its my only day off and im only 30mins away. I almost collapsed after  two laps of the Heywood track saturday cos of the heat...

Sorry I missed it too.  I only finished work late. But to get my fitness up for next months race  I did go round the woods 2 mins away from my house and found a small track and some jumps the kids have made. Result the look on their faces with a dude on a bike older than the lot of them put together was priceless
