 Raleigh Racing


Whilst trying to find as much as i could about Raleigh Racing it seems they had bikes done in team colours just as we did with our team ap's. I don't believe that RR ever released team's in their range though. My R5000 build is inspired by the RR team's

yes the frame was superchromed after i had had it re-chromed. I saw the pads on the bay last week. They had all the wrong info. Steve made the pads up from an old original set. A mate of mine had a blue nos set still sealed and Steve's work was so exact.



Nice pic i haven't seen that one before, you must be a true raleigh fan  :coolsmiley:

Thanks for the nice comments. I was looking for doing something a bit different and was pleased how it turned out.

John, i am looking forward to cracking on with the next one too matey. Got a whacking customs charge on the wheels, they get delivered tomorrow ;)

Sorry i forgot to put a thankyou up Andy. My stem shaft needed a little attention, i couldn't have left it in safer hands matey. Your engineering work is precision perfection.
