proclass wheels
« on: April 26, 2010, 07:33 PM »
hi i was reading the thread a few weeks ago about holes size for drilling for proclass.
at the time i was half way through doing this,
brought a very ruff set of wheels brought for 65, polished the hubs.
sanded down rims and dan powered them, new spokes and hay pressdoo.
i used a 3mm - 5mm - 8mm then finaly a 11mm dril bit,
think they came out nice, and proclass are making silly money now.
hope you like.

Very nice indeed!  I thought of doing this myself but opted to just buy a set for my Pro Class build cause I didn't think I would have the patience.  How long did it take you if you don't mind me asking?

Lovely job Gary , they look amazing mate  :4_17_5:  :4_17_5:  :4_17_5:

Hard work paid off  :daumenhoch:

Makes you wonder how many people are doing the same and selling non genuine Pro class  as the real deal though .

( Now you get the " Well they were essentially Arayas drilled out quote " by those who have scammed people on Ebay   :D

after cleaning ans sanding rims,
I made a marking plate that centres the holes from the
spoke holes and  marks centre from side Walls,
drilling took 15 minutes each rim,
including marking and drilling and cleaning holes up with
a file around a hour,
can't wait for this bud to be finished,
Gary
