Correction position of guts on aero seat
« on: April 21, 2010, 07:53 PM »

Can you give me some advice on the correct position of fitting the 'guts' onto an aero-type seat.
I think I've got to too far back on the rails :-[

Where did you postion it along the rails?
Do you prefer to ride with a 'tilt' or without.

Cheers

You've got the actual clamp the wrong way round, the seat post should be in front of the clamping bolts.

A lot of seats have the clamp up the other way as well so everything hangs down below the rails. I think it's supposed to sit behind the bit with tha badge on.

Flip the seat guts round, they should sit roughly in the middle of the seat with the round bit at the front facing towards the front of the seat  ::).

Better to crash and burn than fade away
