Ant idea what bars these are
just under 27" across no knurling


frame forks small 2 then the serial no on dropouts

the small two is the frame GT2 in the advert which i believe is an Expert
are the bars stamped?
they look like early expert bars and looking at the serial i'd say you have an 83 expert
