elina seat question please help

right i have a blue used with marks and scratchs to sides and rear,
and i need a black seat, my question is do i dye it?
from memory i am shaw blue elinas are hard to come by  in blue, am i dreaming???
do i sand and prep  seat and dye black or leave???

i think you are right,blue lightning bolts are now like rocking horse dung even rarer in fact
