Best way to clean rusty or dirty bolts????

Hi, I have took my tuf neck stem apart, and all the
bolts - nuts have some rust or years of shite,
what's the best way to clean?
Did think the lemon way, but someone will have more
experiance than me!!

soak them in oil for a few days...

lemon juice would work fine as well gary

put em inside a mars bar and stick it in the oven for 10 minutes , gas mk 6

Soaking them in vinegar for a night or two works as well

i leave em' all in standared thinners, same as all bearings and cups.....

Sadly it didnt Gary stripped the black paint and has left little black spots over the bolts, i guess it looks better than bright orange lol
