He may have only put in 4 pedals but he was still level with me, confused me abit that and put me right off

Typical Old Skool carnage 

New guy Russ over-manualled in practice and dislocated his shoulder. This meant that MotomagII couldn't race as he was sorting a lift to hospital for Russ.
Rooski engaged in some berm warfare with himself in moto 2 but as I was on his shoulder I went over him and over my bars as well 
My brake was jammed on but luckily I was able to use MotomagII's Assassin for the last 2 motos (thanks buddy!).
In moto 4,  other new guy Paul was battling me for 3rd and also went down in one of the berms 
Richie was steady away with the win 

So much for the gentle MK warm up! Bloodied and bruised but okay to ride at the weekend I'm sure.

Oh, and we picked up some lovely bits for the Falcon Cruiser build

No worries fella, I was pushing hard just outside you looking to swoop inside - I could just as easily have slid out myself.
I managed to cycle to work today (on my soft town bike), so sure I'll be able to race. I hope you're all sorted by the weekend.

Me and my lad are away this Tuesday but don't let that stop you:

"Tuesday 24th August sees Round 6 of the Club's Summer race series 'Battle in the Saddle'.

Even more trophies,medals and prizes to be won than usual.
The prizes will be presented by our new MP David Ward.

The whole event will be filmed by Newsround and will be shown on National TV as part of the Club's involvement with the British Gas Greenstreets project.

All standards of racers catered for-from First time racers and Superclass to Dads who should know better.
Only £3 to enter

Gate up to the track will be open from around 6.30pm.

Racing will start as soon as we get everyone registered and everything set up.

Hopefully around 7.15pm"

good nights racing at bradford tonight.

my daughter Mia in her first race meeting finishing 5th in formula 4,she slipped a pedal while going for 3rd in a full gate race.

me n rooski had a good one aswell,walking away with a new race shirt each for our efforts.

it's a good club to be in bradford,keep up all the good work everybody involved there.
