Get Standard to make it, they already have the looptail rear ends ready to go
totally agree about the stress points, espically on the down tube , perhaps a bit of double butted tubing is required. i've got a pre serial Hutch Pro Racer... cracked at the seat stays/seat tube weld!! and it looks like it broke in the aforementioned down tube location and has been re finished,not brilliantly.

Thats not bad, if its a street/park bike then cool, if its a race bike mount the brake lugs on the top of the seat stays not underneath21" TT75 degree head angle71-72 degree seat angleInternal campy spec headsetMid Bottom bracketrear length and BB height will vary depending on what you want to ride (race or everything else)
