Early unstamped 1981 US Redline MX II (new pics)
« on: March 23, 2010, 05:04 PM »
Started like this http://www.radbmx.co.uk/forum/index.php'topic=100803.0

purchased the frame only, couldn`t afford the forks too  :'(

1981 US made Redline MX-II frame with an 18.5 inch (centre head tube to centre seat tube).  Serial is 349466, no Redline logo but what appears to be a postcode stamped in the BB under the serial.

anyhow this is how its getting on

please excuse the seat, aero style one needed  ;)

Hey my old frame, nice one :daumenhoch:

Looks like you are doing it proud, coming along very nicely.  Are you gonna get custom blue redline decals for it?

Decals would tie it all together nicely ;)
Not sure what's going on with that front brake but those forks look nice and clean 8)
The offer of some Redline forks might well be worth looking at though.

glenboy did a nice red white & blue combo last month and it worked a treat :daumenhoch:
