Bleaching seat with decals

I got a white Kashi aero that could do with bleaching, but i have some repro decals on the sides.  you think the bleach will wreck them or fetch them off?

I guess you could try taking them off.

going by a lightening bolt i decided to bleach that fetched the screen print bolts off  

think with the repo decals it may just take the colour out of them ,,,eventually softening up the decal ,,,,,


but what do i know ,i could be wrong

Just bleached a white uni, fooked the decals. Decals are easy to replace though

Cheers for the replies.  Yeah looks like i'll get some more decals.  Just a pain as i bleached it and thought it was much better (which it was) but now i've mounted it and just added the decals its not as white as the other parts

Tried bleaching a white Kashi twice, did fook all  it was a dirty after a week in bleach as it was when i put it in  fooked my rails up too as forgot to completely cover them in grease

use the cheaper thin bleach seems to work better but you will have to leave it a good few days

I've had some white tuffs in bleach for three weeks now and it's done nowt

ive bleached tuffs and acrons and theyve come out a treat, left them in for 6 to 8weeks , used cheapy bleach , cleaned  them  before bleaching the once a week while in the bleach with a washing up brush and pan scruber, i also mixed bleach with water 50/50 and stired it everyday, dont know if any of this helped but it  worked for me. dont forget to cover ya metal bits with thick grease or they'll be fooked.

Sometimes a hard dirty layer develops on the wheels and bleach just can't cut it.  The only way I got around that problem was by scraping the really bad bits off with a pen/craft knife and/or rubbing them over with wet and dry paper.  It's not a quick process but it will work.  You can still throw them back in the bleach after you've rubbed them over to achieve extra whiteness...

I did give them a good clean first.  They are outside in a shed though .. do you think the bleach would work better inside the house in the warm?
