is the frame ali ? you can stick them in a vice or you a ajustable spanner or you fingers
tange it will be cro-mo . but if there is powder on the frame its plastic and it will have some give on it just be gentle useing your fingers . if its going to crack you will see it 1st in the powder ........... just be slow and gentle

was that damage done by the courier? if it was, can't you put a claim in?

thats looks like it was done deliberately, whats the chance of both sides bending the same like that? get an anvil so it has a solid base, and a lump hammer, and a few smacks should cure it...
