Fit bikes are OK, but I think the Edwin delarosa is street brakeless frame.  I would avoid the felt myself.

MY GOD!!!!! I got that Felt Fuse 2007 i'd been offered. I did a bit of research and apparently Felt ain't that popular, but as you said, can't really complain at £100 and it's Hardly been used. My legs though.........JEEEEEEESUS!!
