I'm not sure what it is. The rear dropouts are weird. So I would imagine someone will know from the shape of them.  :daumenhoch:

Looks Akisu from the welds on the blades forks and the frame looks the same to be Akisu with tubes like that at the back  :-\

It doesn't look old school to me, more 90's. I'm thinking DB but could be and probably am completely wrong!  ::)
