Anyone know the story behind the collection. How long it's taken, what sort of investment etc etc

Hundreds of thousands of dollars , in the last 2 years or so . Like above ^^ , lots from Haney & other very prominent early collectors such as Tim etc etc etc ( note on his site how many Rockford trophy winners , some mega builds ) .

He probably bought it all cheap BITD, but his making mintola now that's for sure and good luck to him 

He paid big dollars  , many previous show bikes/Rockford winners built by others .

I know what Pete says is true, I was approached by Biaggio, but I didn't know at the time he was acting on behalf of Juan.

tim cook has the best collection, he's an obnoxious twat, but he's got some stuff. If you like early stuff you will love the builds he's done. Quite a few guys in this hobby got loads of stuff when it all cost fook all. They have done quite well out of bmx. Some planks just try to make big money overnight.
This juan fella just appeared and bought nearly everything everywhere, but he is by all accounts a nice bloke and genuine enough. Good luck to him.
I just enjoy what little i have. It's bmx, not a pissing contest.
