tuf neck for me.affordable for the masses like suntour.never saw a hutch or esp round my way.

GT mallet and i mean the real one SR stamped, luved the tuf neck but my cw freestyle bars use to fookin slip forward when bouncing on the front wheel, so the mallet did it for me  :daumenhoch:

STUDD products stem has got to be the best stem created, but tuf-neck has got to the bollox :daumenhoch:, square edged one tho with big tiger head stamp :daumenhoch:

suntour was the only stem to have in the early eighties, never even heard of esp bitd and i ran a bmx  shop, they came later, suntour or redline brute, never let you down and DIDN'T pinch the bars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 the one with the 3 piece stem bolt, not the crappy later ones with rotor holes.

BiTD there was only one stem long enough for us 6 footers to race on diddy frames, and that you could generally buy/trade for - HUTCH  :4_17_5: :4_17_5: :4_17_5:
