anyone had anything shipped from canada

got some thing of the dreaded e bay and been waiting about 10 days now been told if it does not turn up in 2 weeks time to get in touch does this sound right ?

yep ,can even be 3 weeks  sometimes they get stuck in customs.

I'm still waiting for something (none bmx) to arrive since the 29th Dec and another from the 27 Jan from Canada  never again will i order anything from there

wish i knew before hand or would not of bidded $1 and won a  nos dc hinged seat clamp, 3 weeks seems excessive

They guy seems to think that they are stuck in Canadian customs   
He says he doubts they have left the country  and the tracking numbers seem to confirm this

getting stuff from canada is a fooking nightmare it's their customs !!! even sending there too is the same ,i sent something once it got stuck at customs as they didn't belive the price i put on form so they sent it back explained this to the buyer and they told me they had it a lot so i refunded them but still lost out on the postage will not deal with canada anymore

BOUGHT SOME  FISHIN GEAR FROM CANADA NOT LONG AGO, AND IT TOOK 5 WEEKS.     BUT THE SELLER DID WORN ME WHEN I EMAIL TO ASK WHERE IT WAS.
SO YOU JUST HAVE TO BE PATIENT,  IT'S THE NORM FOR SHIPPING FROM THERE.

Canada Post is bobbins. I sent a package airmail from Vancouver to the UK and it took SIX weeks,plus they charge top dollar for shipping. Also when sending to Vancouver,if you don't put the senders address on the front top left corner of the envelope/package, they won't deliver it!
