« on: March 27, 2006, 04:56 PM »
Just bought one of them frames and forks from Biagio for £35.00.

Two questions:

Why are they so cheap?

Is it cos they is shite?

I've currently got 5* bikes built up and can't bring myself to sell them, I'm running out of garage space.

Plus I've got room in me loft for a large box or three  :)

Get it built and rode mate.
Like Graeme said,i ride mine all the time and havent broke it yet(hope im not tempting fate with that comment!)
Its got good geometry and rides well, nice and light too.Ditch the standard stickers though in my opinion.
The back end flex's a bit but makes landings a bit softer especially with tuffs on. :)

I'm no expert of these things ??? but I'm well happy with my Aero :), but agree with the ruler re the rear platforms being useless, difficult trying to plant your feet on em so get some pegs instead.

I'm sticking up for the decals, very retro looking, just have to make sure you match the rest of the bike parts to the decal colours to get it spot on.

A number of guys at Epic said they're decent frames and that shed loads were built (think it was a British design) but didn't sell (probably cos everyone wanted a Skyway TA or had a Burner).

I love mine :smitten:

Enjoy the Reflex, absolute bargin at 20 notes ;)

I've now used mine twice, at Epic and Bones without any probs so far (all be it just light jumping, endos, kickturns) and I'm gonna try and use it at every meet. Just don't buy an Odyssey layback seat post, I bent mine into submission (and I ain't no sumo)!

Skyways and Haros have the cred but the Reflex ain't no sloppy piece of kit :4_17_5:

I did actually crack the head tube on one of these putting a Hatta alloy headset in.....may have been a one-off tho.

Cracking bit of kit for less than £50...the one with the performer stickers on looks great.
