That rider is "regular footed", where as Billy is "Goofy footed" (like in all the other pics)

The fourth pic is from a German guys collection Alex, it came under the name off Billy so am guessing it is, but only Billy will know for sure

Taken from when he came to the UK in 1984 HARO SPORT AND BELL MOTO 4 he stayed at my house before the Hounslow race for kelloggs along with BOB and Bill and Craig were also there
