the spider was scratched so i polished the scratches out and made some aliminum paint then put some matt lacquer over it looks well me thinks

Neil,that 2 n 1 is intriguing me,the knurling isn't what i'm used to seeing. Do you know if it's a very early one? If you do split (which i hope you don't) i would be interested in it. The bike's colour coordination looks spot on,very nice build.

Anyway i'm not sure i'm allowed to say anything bad on one of your posts Neil as it makes me out to be one of the bad boys but if i could i'd say nice parts and all that but you shouldn't have painted it yellow cos it's been done before like an red XR3i in 88.

What's with the l/h crank?  Looks awfully close to the rear chainstay, do you need another washer on the axle?
