they may be saying it's an expert but it may be a pro raider. usa expert tt is 18.5 with a 1" od where as a raider tt is 18.25 and 1 1/4 od. Also usa produced will only have "drilled" vent holes in the loop only,raider will have three sets of holes(punched out),in the loop,at the top of the seat stays and in the chain stays just behind the bb. US serial No LH drop under the axle slot,jap LH drop,above the drop(with baseball logo) and raider on bottom of bb starting with M4. Taiwanese Pro serial again on bb,starting with J (only 4 vent holes,loop and behind seat tube). A frame on it's own probably would go for under a hundred,depending on it's origin. If you don't fancy it,give us a prod.
