If you have all your money back I would just cut your loss and forget it, it just isn't worth the hassel.

i emailed him earlier to let rip , he confirms it is the same pad and it got returned to him as he wrote the address down wrong, ive asked why he didnt get in touch with me before relisting , my money has been refunded but its left a sour taste in my mouth
