Its a viper if it is, chainguard tab gives it away

Deffo a Viper, but the chainguard tabs identify it as originally a US destined frameset since the UK variation didn't have these.

i never really known much about these, just bid on a whim, should have asked before. a mate back in the day had a s/s so i thought it would be nice as a rider.
