who should i use to post a heavy 24" cruiser?

ive got to send a big old 24" cruiser across the country, ive never had to send anything so big before, so who should i use and what should i be paying roughly?

i've just recieved a 24"mtb and the lad used parcelforce £45!!!!! so i'd avoid them

i sent a 42lb midschool full bike via parcel force 48 for £19, it was a large box too as i only removed wheels n bars before boxing up, best bet is to box it n go to posty n see what they suggest

i cant be arsed to drag it into town in a box, im not the biggest of fellas,
been checkin online has anyone used these guys before as they seem cheap
