The kids jumping the double on the last straight at Bulwell are

Chris Bird and Kim Carbutt that would probably date it to 1983 as Chris broke his leg late that year and stopped racing (not before he got 1NE for the 13 years age group). How do I know this got 2NE behind him that year.
