i guess neil will never win, he's right.
some people go down the purist route, with the brushed look. some dont.
some parts are too far gone to even remain in a survivor state....in some peoples minds.

i tend to look at items like neils stem and think, 'f'uck it the geezer has had a go at keeping this bitof history alive'

i've polished stems till my fingers bled....ive stripped em.... ive left them be...just depends on the mood or the build

ended up being this

i've polished the fook out of hubs and rims

polished the granny out of tuff necks

even ones like neils that were hammered

and ones that wasnt

and left them well alone, survivor style

at the end end of the day, does it really matter....
its all opinions, and we know what theyre like.

neil....they are your bikes and parts...do what the fook you want with em...but if you polish anything, dont expect everyone to like it.
my opinion is, i like a little bit of bling....

what a shame we get caught up in this bullshit everytime, no wonder people get sick of the bickering and move on, i for 1 cant be arsed anymore, you dont have to behave like children to play with childrens bikes, neil you crack on mate and if someone dont like what your doing then  tell em to jog on.

Well every other fooker has an opinion so here's mine.

Neil, you can't please all of the people all of the time, sometimes you can't please certain people any of the time but you're a better man for treating them as they deserve to be treated. :daumenhoch:

I don't know all the history behind the squabbles (and don't really want to), but I say fair play to n2cus for giving a new lease of life to summat that most people would've lobbed in a skip  :daumenhoch:

its always the same 3 that go after the next victim...... :-X :-X :-X

and funny as they have all posted on this thread..  ??? ???

£500 is alot for a stem     what about earning money from the community...thought it wasnt allowed!  :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\

stick to SR stems they are cheaper and keep  the sly comments and remarks to yourselves. Best for the community. :) :)

James. :Great_Britain: :Great_Britain: :Great_Britain: :Great_Britain:

Nick, you need to switch the CAPS LOCK on if you are going post stuff using BamBam's account. ;D
