I'd quite like it, if it had a matching pair.

Be a wee bit heavy for a race bike though.

It says on their that the wheel was built by the guy himself and it does look like a 5 spoke mag/composite wheel with some extra Goosie-looking bits stuck on. Looks cool from a distance though.
