thing is with penrith its been taken over by old farts that are killing it off.
they complain and protest about everything but they have got 2 outdoor bowling clubs and have nearly half of our leisure centre for indoor bloody bowling its a joke
all of the work on the planning application has been done all necesary bodies that need to be consulted have been and the application has been recomended for approval.it just needs planning committee to vote in favour .............
i understand the residents concerns but they dont want to be in a cosultation situation believe it or not all they want is confrontation !!!!!!!!!
it dont make you feel good when pensioners want to pick a proper fight with you.

These are the very people that are killing Penrith as it Goes down the fooking sh1t hole coz of all the thick fookers on the Council. Look at the state of the TOWN centre now coz they have fooked about delaying the new supermarket/shopping centre thing. They are only thinking of themselves and there sh1te small buisnesses that no fooker goes to anyways. If Penrith is not carefull its gonna be dead in 20 years as there will be no fooker wanting to live there coz there's not there to live for
