anyone tell me if petrol is ok to degrease alluminium hubs without damaging them or if there is a better option ?
ps i have looked in searh and couldnt find owt about alloy !

i use some standard thinners, petrol stinks and is much more dangerous...

I think it very reasonable, I've seen 1/2 liter bottles or water sell for £1  ;D
