hey guys a friend has just offered me his eighties qaud ,,,whats it worth,,,?

i dont think its got much good parts on it just a built to use kinda bike ive seen pics

and it is what it is

i fancy doing a resto ideally a mk1 performer so was thinking of getting it and maybe resto ing it or trading the frame and forks

for a performer

i think pictures are best mate ,,,depending on what needs doing to the frame ..dropouts dents etc ,,,are they unstamped landing gears

you should be looking at £250 plus for the frame and forks  in the right condition ,,unless its a loopy like the one just gone up for sale on here 

how much of a friend is he if you get the whole bike for that then thats a bargain

ive just looked at the baby blue one for sale and it aint a loopy i can see the differance in the rear dropouts

answered my own question really ha ha
