E.T. image now recreated

Done some work on that top image. It should print OK up to around 500mm wide.

After a bit of research I actually found the moon image that Universal Studios used for this iconic shot, so downloaded it in high res and went to work to recreate the image in a 300dpi high resolution. Has only taken about 45 minutes but its super crisp now and ready for me canvas print. Thanks to Paul for the image he sent over, it enabled me to view the bike closer up and those spokes! Anyway hope you like it. Here's a cut down version of the larger image.

Trees were hard to replicate but the moon and the bike are now very crisp. Ta again mate

Don't wanna sound like a dick..... but the bike image doesn't look right as a solid black. I would try resampling the original and tickle it up with a bit of retouching fella 
The moon looks great but maybe need a bit more glow around it with some gaussian blur. Maybe try resampling the trees too

You are a picky fooker lol. I have an eye for detail too but I wasn't going for an exact replica, but if you want to tinker with it, then you're welcome to in your own time. For me, my version will be just fine

Cheeky, different versions of the image is all around the web, I didn't aim to recreate the one above exactly, but instead I used different ones for reference, some showed the bike with highlights, some not, but as it was going to be printed big, the highlighted ones just were'nt clear enough hence going for solid black like the ones below. Each example on the web varied in colour and brightness. Some examples below... but as I said, it was for my benefit only for my office.
