at selling the bike which started my whole OS "thing"
It was an exact replica of the bike I had when I was 13 years old and took me over 4 years to source the correct parts for.
Due to the time and money it took, I struggle to re ignite my desire to do so again and obviously I think the task will be so much harder now, due to there simply being "nothing out there"
I could never justify spending that sort of money again, thats for sure.
Its a shame I guess, it was a sweet build!

you could build on again easy on a budget if ya take ya time, gts dont go for big money for some strange reason, wheels n brake would be the big pull out the rest you could get n restore, oh and a bench to rest it on

i'm still surprised at what turns up in the states from time to time quite cheap, as long as they'll sell to you of course

As for replacing it,  to me F&F seem to have not increased that much in price it's all the other bits that have .
