I think the chrome seatpost looks best- and lower it a few inches. :daumenhoch:

Very nice that mate, though I agree with the chrome post as it will mirror the chrome bars better.  In addition, a red clampto match the stem (sorry ::)).

Cheers for the additional comments guys, surprised to be honest as I'm now not feelin the build having another revisit, I dunno :(

Here's a last pic before I dismantled it back to the f &f (and yeah I've noticed the kink in the chain!!).

The frameset I always wanted but can't seem to nail it/get it right somehow imo......maybe next year with a fresh blue theme.
