Can anybody tell me anything about this stem? Is it a Redline? If so does anyone know what model/year?

Raleigh use those stems on their choppers. They're just a generic stem which I imagine a few budget companies use.

Nothing old school about that, basically a generic quill stem that's been cropping up on bikes since the 90's till now,I have one with a Mongoose Maurice logo and even this one on the reissue Chopper.Nice long reach for a rider though.
