Not yet, Im picking my wheels up from alans this week. Sealed suzues on alienation rims I couldnt find any os rims at a realistic price so had to comprimise. Semi os wheels...

Ive just slipped while digging my van out cos i got stuck in work and ive done my frickin back in. Im in agony, I hope its all better for the 31st cos ive spent a good few quid on my bike and kit...

Out of hospital now still in lots of pain but have some powerful drugs (Tramadol) to take me to another place.

The operation went well, but the surgeon said it was one of the most complex reconstructions he has done, the wrist bone had been dia-punched by another bone in my hand and had split into 5 peices, he used kevlar and putty to reconstruct it

. I wont ever have full use of it like i used to but am confident ill get by.

Dont think ill be racing again, my heart says yes but my head says no. If i crashed on it again in a similar way it would probably be the end of the wrist altogether.

Take care all of you nutters and ill see you all trackside one day, ill just be watching mind.

Big thanks to Moley and Beard for all the help and support when I first started this racing madness.

Your riding style was always very full on and its a shame if its put an end to your racing.

BMX isn't just about riding..............there's plenty of knackered old fooks who can't ride anymore but they still turn up and have some craic!!

I will be there dead or alive. Ive got too many vertebrae so my spine is compressed and ive got tiny stress fractures, hasnt bothered me for a few years but aches abit in the colder weather...

The Diggler will give your back a rub down at Lytham...................for more specialist treatment a trip to the dungeon would be advisable!!
