any one seen one of these before i have worked on suzuki motorcycles for 24 years & i only found out the other day that bitd they made bmx,s . so i spoke to my suzuki technical rep who said leave it with me any way got a phone call yesterday to say there,s a prezzy for me at work came in this morning to find this



what do you think? needs a bit of work its been fitted with a three speed hub so i need a large flange sr rear hub in black if any ones got one  :daumenhoch:
should i restore it or leave & just clean it up
gonna need some parts as well will post a wanted soon

oh what do you think its worth not that im gonna sell it to rare i reckon  ;)

probably worth maybe £100, dont think they are that well sought after but good find all the same...

i have the test on it in abbmx mag from 83 i think and an ad for the whole range of suzuki bmx

Suzuki were making bikes way back in 76,Bright yellow(pics on bmx museum).Where i work we are a Suzuki car dealer,wish i'd thought of asking someone at Suzuki GB.I'd love one of those to put on display in our showroom.

i will try and get the stuff scanned sometime this weekend for you and post it here although me and the girlfriend are both useless at using the scanner so dont hold your breath! :LolLolLolLol:

can anyone post some piccy,s of it so i have a refrence to work to as some of the parts have been changed ie levers ,rear hub (which is a stermi archer three speed at mo) the seat i put on as im sure the one that came on it was wrong .
im thinking of stripping of the anno as it,s fadded badly & polishing ? i think it would clean it right up what do you guys recon or do you think i will spoil it .

dude i might know them i use to live in fair oak then moved up to  horton heath in southampton small world  :)
alot of my mates still live there & see noycey in the pub mainly  :LolLolLolLol: i now live in north baddesley in southampton

I am sure I have some ads somewhere I will search for them and scan em.

Nicky Matthews & Kevin Hay(n)es used to ride for them bitd.

Not the best picture but this is a picture of Kevin whilst riding for Suzuki on the right behind Dave Morris and me at Bournemouth in 1985.  I will see if I can make better tomorrow.

Had a chat with someone from Suzuki GB today,Suzuki themselves never brought these into England.he reacons only the USA and Japan got them.So it seems like YES imported them directly from Taiwan??He is going to get in touch with someone from Suzuki USA and let me know the results.
