Or they send you the wrong stuff and blame you, tell you that you have to ship it back at your cost and when they receive it they will send a replacement one out; happened to a few people over here in Oz  from what I can gather

Maybe its if you move house, phone B and tell him not to send the tyres to your old address 90 mile away, agree then 4 days later have to drive 180 mile round trip to pick the fooking tyres up he assured you would be sent to your new address, maybe thats a Purchase situation
